- Free standard shipping: Most eCommerce websites offer standard FREE delivery option if you shop over and above a certain amount. Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 7 days
- Custom shipping: If your FREE delivery amount slab is not reached, retailers can change you with a custom shipping charge. Eg : John Lewis charges $£3.50 for orders under £50. Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 4 days
- International Deliveries: Check if your country code is available in delivery options. Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a parcel. As the importer you might have to provide your identification details. Estimated Delivery Time : 5 to 11 days
- One day delivery: One day delivery is available on certain products with extra charges. Not all websites provide this kind of service.
Returns & Refunds
If you want to return/exchange any item, you have an option to return it in original condition with the proof of purchase. Most websites have a return window of 30-40 days; post which your returns will not be accepted.

Your refunds will depend upon the mode of payment. Debit/credit cards, Paypal accounts or gift vouchers from the store are some popular ways to provide refunds.
